For anyone who hasn’t met him, this is Louie… He has been at Wellidog for about 8 months now and we are struggling to find him a home…
Louie is about 2 years old and has elbow dysplasia. This operation will cost in the region of £2,500 to £3,000, but we have no option but to do it as he is in a lot of pain. We do have some hurdles to get over which we know we can do with your help 🙂
So how can you help?
1. We always hate to ask, but first we have to try to raise the money for his operation. We are are small charity and we are struggling to find the £2,500 to £3,000 we need. Can you help him by making a small donation? Every little bit really does add up. We have well over 6,000 people following our page, so if everyone gave £1 that would be over £6,000!

2. Sadly it would appear that Louie may never have known a loving home as he isn’t house trained and has never really been taught any manners (although he is getting better). He can get too excitable, and if he does he can bite, so we are looking for an angel who is prepared to foster Louie, help him get back on his paws, and give him the best possible chance of finding his very own forever home ❤
We would need a child, dog and cat free home where Louie can recuperate calmly after his operation. It would need to be someone who will stick with it rather than returning him to kennels as Louie cannot return to kennels after such a big operation. So if you can commit to fostering him to give him the best chance of getting better we would love to hear from you.
