CONNIE- AMERICAN BULLDOG- 5 YEARS OLD

What a wonderful bouncy happy young lady connie is. She is no trouble really at all she absolutely loves to play with squeaky toys

Her basic training like sit etc is there but she is very strong on the lead so will need somebody who can hold her

She travels well, bit squeaky but does calm down

Very clean in her kennel and just chills in her bed

Just a playful young girl looking for her forever home

She is such a wonderful friendly girl

BUDDY – terrier x

BUDDY HAS BEEN ADOPTED 🙂

PLEASE LOOK PAST THE CUTENESS AND THINK IF YOU ARE READY TO TAKE ON A PUPPY. HE WILL NOT BE EASY!

We are looking for a terrier savvy home ideally

Puppies are extremely hard work especially these little guy who are very nippy and hard nippy, house training, puppy training, they chew absolutely anything they can get their mouths on. They need to be watched near enough 24/7. We will not rehome him where he will be left more than a couple of hours or where there are unneutered pets.

Buddy is a young terrier x he will not be big at all. Buddy.
Very sociable puppy. Loves playing with the bigger dogs. Is good with adults and children if they are experienced with a nippy puppy. He comes to his name really well. Is getting better with house training. Still has accidents but mostly on the puppy pads.
He is very nippy with his razor sharp puppy teeth but is very easily distracted with a toy. He loves his hard chewy bone and pully toys. He is a bright puppy and will be quite easy to train if you put the work and effort in. He will need an active home where he is kept stimulated and occupied to prevent him from chewing and destroying things. He loves to steal shoes and clothes if he can.
He sleeps in a crate with the door open and travels really well in his crate. He eats well. He settles by 10pm and is quiet in the night until around 7.30 – 8.00 in the morning. He needs a commited family who will continue his training and socialisation to ensure he gets the happy permanent home he deserves.

He could live with another dog but it must be neutered!!! Children 8+. We will NOT be taking phone calls about him at the kennels you need to email wellidog@talktalk.net with:

Buddy is looking for his forever home not just until he reaches the teenage stage and starts misbehaving. Please make sure you would be ready for the commitment of a puppy before applying!!

TILLY AND TYSON- staff x, staffy- both 6 years old

  • Breed: Tyson is a staffy, Tilly a staff x boxer
  • Age: both six years old
  • No other dogs!
  • No cats!
  • Kids 12+

**** looking for a home together ****

Tilly and Tyson are 6 year old staffies, Tilly is a staffy x boxer. They are both absolutely nutters and whoever adopts these two will need to be able to keep up with their energy. They are super friendly but very boisterous especially Tyson. Tilly is a bit more calmer and gentler. They need to be the only two dogs in the home and on walks aren’t good with other dogs and will bark at dogs they see on walks so they will need a strong handler to be able to control them. They have been having training and in twenty minutes happily walked to heal past another dog. No cats! No young children as together they are very boisterous, children 14+. Tyson is super treat motivated and loves a ball whereas Tilly likes to have belly rubs and a bit more cuddles. Tyson is very affectionate and loves to try and lick you to death. We do not want to split these two as they seem quite bonded and will sleep in the same bed. They need an active home and a garden is a must! So that they can let all of their energy out. They love their walks and they can be barkers if they want to be or they want something 😂. When they first went in the van they were a little distressed (could have been because they were separate) but they soon settled down. They are such a friendly pair and every morning is greeted with such wonderful hellos and cuddles and fuss. Tyson is better on the lead than Tilly she is very strong. They have been very clean in their kennel so far. They are just wonderful nutters 😂🥰

ROXIE – staff x french bulldog – 3 years old

We are not taking any more interest in Roxie

Roxie at a glance:

  • Sex: pretty little lady
  • Breed: staff x frenchie
  • Age: 3 years old

  • Only dog however doesn’t seem bothered about dogs on walks, prefers her people
  • Home needed: patient and calm, understanding. No children; resident, visiting or planned for future. She is a very nervous girl.

Billy- staffy- 2 years old

Billy boo is such a happy boy, a little nervous for about a minute when he first meets someone then he will be all over you constantly wanting cuddles. He can get a bit excitable but he is a young staffy so this is expected.

Elmo- crossbreed- 4 months old

ELMO HAS BEEN ADOPTED 🙂

Elmo at a glance:

  • sex: chunky little boy
  • age: 4 months old
  • Breed: crossbreed, from Romania
  • Ok with other dogs, is protective over food, so would have to be managed or fed separately
  • should be ok with cats with how young he is
  • Children 10+ if dog savvy, he is cheeky and does chew on your hands but is only mouthing
  • Elmo is cheeky and does chew on your hands but it needs managing so it doesn’t get out of hand when he is older. He is a confident little chap and bounces around.
  • Poor Elmo was found on the streets on his own with no parents or siblings, so the other pups took him into their litter.
  • He will need a very dog savvy owner willing to put a lot of time in house training, lead training and socialising him.
  • we are looking for someone that is home all day to do the training especially house training with him.
  • These dogs are so different to dogs in this country they are generally very nervous of people especially men.
