Howie is such a wonderful friendly young boy that loves affection. He can be a bit of a live wire and needs a few manners but he is one amazing dog for somebody. His tail is always wagging and he gets so excited to see everybody

He travels fine in the car, likes his food

How anybody could have let this boy go as a stray we do not know 😪
